Serves to collect, analyze, and with additional supervision to interpret shared service client data to provide insights. Participate with the data teams to review client data from various sources, including surveys, sales data, customer service records, and market research reports. Work closely with team members to aide in identify patterns and trends in client behavior and market conditions to inform business strategies. Participate in building reports and presentations to stakeholders, translating complex data into actionable insights. Participate in the collection of analysis to benchmark performance and identify areas for improvement. Learn to design of client feedback systems and surveys to continuously improve client satisfaction. Work closely across the Client Service teams to leverage insights for consideration into business strategies. Modified based upon local regulations / requirements. Bachelors degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required. 3-5 years of total work experience preferred.
