Job Description

Responsibilities:
\xe2\x97\x8f Booking and managing volunteering events to assure that we eliminate roadblocks and provide high-quality services efficiently and support all operations for the client, end- to-end i.e. from setup to delivery
\xe2\x97\x8f Manage and support all client communications
\xe2\x97\x8f Bridge the communication and provide backend support for client service teams\' queries
\xe2\x97\x8f Interact with clients to understand deliverables and expectations (on Website chat and emails)
\xe2\x97\x8f Assist in operations for the client\'s volunteering event, end-to-end i.e. from setup to delivery
\xe2\x97\x8f Initiate or respond to assigned client emails within 24 hours
\xe2\x97\x8f Complete required CS follow-up (internal or external) for communication from other departments within 24 hours
\xe2\x97\x8f Accurate follow-up with the client following all emergency protocols
\xe2\x97\x8f Follow-up communication with the client is accurately documented in the systems EXPERTISE AND QUALIFICATIONS Requirement:
\xe2\x97\x8f 1-3 Years of Experience
\xe2\x97\x8f Flexible to work across times of the day and on weekends and preferably based out of
Bangalore. It\xe2\x80\x99s a 6-day job.
\xe2\x97\x8f Good Experience with Google & Microsoft tools (sheets, excel and drive, calendar, docs.)
\xe2\x97\x8f Real job experience handling multiple projects at one time and meeting tight deadlines
\xe2\x97\x8f Must have great proficiency in English verbal and written communication skills
\xe2\x97\x8f Driven to be self-motivated and reliable with excellent organizational skills Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: 9300,000.00 per year Ability to commute/relocate:
