Requirements:

Basic knowledge of ERP software or financial/accounting concepts (preferred, not mandatory).

0-1 year of experience in a client-facing role is an added advantage.
Responsibilities:
Liaise between clients and software development teams.
Understand client requirements and support work allocation.
Manage daily stand-ups and project tasks via Jira.
Handle client communication through calls, emails, and messaging platforms.
Lead weekly sprint meetings and manage user stories.
Oversee the ticketing system and provide client training on new releases
