Skills and Qualifications
0-2 years of experience
in a client-facing role,
preferably within the software/IT industry

Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Logical thinker with good problem-solving abilities.
Basic understanding of financial/accounting concepts is a plus.
Familiarity with Jira, ticketing systems, or other project management tools.
Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple responsibilities.
Responsibilities:
Liaise between clients and software development teams.
Understand client requirements and support work allocation.
Manage daily stand-ups and project tasks via Jira.
Handle client communication through calls, emails, and messaging platforms.
Lead weekly sprint meetings and manage user stories.
Oversee the ticketing system and provide client training on new releases
