Skills and Qualifications
Any Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Management/Administration is preferred.
Must be an
excellent communicator
Excellent client/ customer management skills
Prior experience in a client/customer facing role would be an advantage
Familiarity with
ERP software
would be an advantage
Knowledge about accounting concepts
Good logical and analytical thinking capability
A quick learner
Responsibilities:
ERP implementation
Client communications in the project
User training of ERP software
Customer management
Domain testing
Client Management responsibilities
Client communication through calls, mails, Whatsapp etc
User story management
Weekly sprint meeting with client
Ticketing system management
User training based on new releases
