We are seeking a detail-oriented and process-driven professional to manage client onboarding, documentation, and day-to-day operational coordination in the fast-paced FMCG sector. The role requires strong organizational skills, stakeholder communication, and a working understanding of FMCG operations across supply chain, order processing, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Onboarding & Documentation:
Coordinate end-to-end client onboarding for B2B, B2C, and institutional partners.
Collect, verify, and manage KYC, GST, PAN, trade license, and other required documents.
Ensure seamless documentation flow for onboarding on platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, BigBasket, Zepto, Modern Trade retailers, etc.
Maintain organized client databases, contracts, and SLA agreements.
Operational Coordination:
Liaise with internal teams (sales, accounts, logistics, and warehouse) to ensure smooth order fulfillment and client servicing.
Coordinate with finance to ensure accurate invoicing and timely documentation.
Assist in PO creation, invoice submission, GRN follow-ups, and claim documentation for modern trade and e-commerce platforms.
Compliance & Reporting:
Track client-level operational SLAs and highlight exceptions or delays.
Ensure compliance with internal SOPs and platform-specific onboarding norms.
Create weekly/monthly reports related to onboarding, activation status, and pending documentation.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in FMCG operations/client servicing (preferred).
Freshers are also welcome who have zeal to learn and grow
Strong understanding of FMCG distribution channels (GT, MT, E-commerce).
Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets tools preferred.
Strong documentation, coordination, and follow-up skills.
Ability to multitask and work in cross-functional teams.
Good to Have:
Prior experience with client onboarding on Amazon Seller/Vendor Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, or modern trade retail systems.
Working knowledge of compliance documents, TDS, and invoicing structures.
Excellent communication skills
