Roles and Responsibilities:

Familiar with all loan types including FHA, conventional and VA loans and TRID Concepts. Checking the data accuracy in the documents (Appraisal, HOI, Tax, Vesting, Title, Payoff, VOE, VOM, Bank statements, Loan Estimate) required for closing of the loan, if needed requested for the corrections with the Processing team. Validating the escrows and payoff documents, escrow shortages. Preparing HUD settlement statements/closing package 0% and 10% tolerance cure scenarios Performing the work of calculating aggregate escrow as well as preparing appropriate disclosures and applying the lender credits /Tolerance cure Preparing 15 closing packages per day Quality checking/ auditing files and mentoring the new employees in the process. Closely monitor individual Pipeline and Workload. Completing the given targets as per clients' requirements with 100% Quality.

Qualification & Experience:

Educational qualification and years of experience required in any specific domain/skill for the role:Basic Degree completion (15 years of education). Prior experience in US mortgage in Closing or CD Prep role (2-5 years of experience). Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, and conducting Internet research. * Good written and verbal communication skills.
