Work From Home For Travel Process For Domestic Company
- Answering customer queries.
- Fixing customer problems.
- Proactive engagement.
- A chat support agent connects with customers through instant messaging on a business's website or mobile app. The online chat representative may provide technical support, resolve customer service inquiries, or offer additional forms of real-time problem-solving.
- Process: Blended Process (Chat 80% + Call 20%)
Monthly Incentive: 0 To Unlimited (Depends On Your Performance)
Working Days: 06 Days
Week Off: Monday off
Shift Timing: 07:00 AM to 03:30 PM
Qualification: 12th/Under Graduate/Graduate
Comm. Skills: Must Have Good Comm. Skills
Computer Skills: Must Have Basic Knowledge Of Computer
Interview Mode: Virtual Interview (Audio+Video)
NOTE:
- 5 to 10 Days Training will be provided from Office (Sector 02, Noida).
- Laptop will be provided by the Company.
