Associate Change Management Analyst works directly with third-party telecommunications vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure that planned connectivity changes are compliant with defined processes, risks are identified, and impact to customers is understood and effectively communicated. The successful candidate will join a global team managing 50,000+ telecommunications changes (\'last mile\') per year, working with multiple telecommunications partners in multiple time-zones, and in close coordination with internal partners in Technology and Customer Operations. The Change Management Analyst will also be responsible for content change management activities in screening all upcoming changes & leading Change Advisory Board(CAB) forum to review upcoming content changes & ensure they adhere to existing compliance standards. The principle goal is to ensure Refinitiv customers have a secure and stable technical environment ensuring planned maintenance & content change activities does not adversely risk or impact our customers\' experience. Responsibilities: .Track and maintain all telecommunications change in our change management systems .Manage change risk and ensure customer service risks are mitigated / implement corrective actions .Liaise with vendors and operational groups to resolve issues .Effective communication of planned, and emergency, change to stakeholders .Contribute to process and system improvements, enhancements and opportunities to automate workflow .Respond to emergency change notifications, assessing and mitigating risk .Ensure the change process is understood with stakeholder adherence .Apply a structured change management approach and methodology .Content Change Management activities which includes Change Advisory Board for Content changes .Adhoc & Weekly reporting of all upcoming content changes & Facilitation of Change restrictions / Freeze when required. This Job role requires shortlisted candidate to work in rotational shift and in Hybrid model of work which involves 3 days work from office.
