Develop and maintain Embedded Systems Roadmapaligned with future EV technology trends and organizational strategy.
Establish and enforce robust development processesfor hardware and software, ensuring compliance with global standards (e.g., ISO 26262).
Evaluate and onboard suppliers through technical assessments and global benchmarking forums*. Guide and mentor a team of 60+ engineers to ensure timely delivery of platform and program milestones (S110, S210, E100, ME08, C110).
Promote innovation through IP generation, patent filings,and internal workshops.
