Key Responsibilities
Counsel students/candidates on career options, courses, and learning pathways
Understand candidate needs and recommend suitable programs
Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chat queries
Maintain accurate records of interactions in CRM systems
Follow up with interested candidates to guide them through enrollment
Coordinate with internal teams (sales, operations, academic teams)
Achieve daily/weekly counseling and conversion targets
Provide post-counseling support and resolve basic querie
