About the Role:

As our new Associate CAD Designer - Workplace for our Bangalore Studio, you will be responsible for technical documentation deliverables of Corporate Interior projects in the Bangalore studio and Space Planning Test-fits. You will be required to produce high quality and accurate full set drawings of various project stages from design development up to tender and construction stage.

What makes the role successful:

You will work closely with the senior designers and prepare interior design drawings/ documentation sets given information and/or sketch drawings. You will be responsible for preparing fully coordinated and accurate sets of tender, construction, as-built drawings for interior design drawing packages. You should provide test-fit layouts, general arrangements and detailed technical drawings on AutoCAD in accordance with the timeline, quality assurance standards and project specifications.

What we are looking for:

You have a 4-6 years' experience as an Interior CAD draftsman / CAD designer You have a Diploma in Interiors or Architecture with expertise and high level proficiency of AutoCAD and other company's preferred software You have an extensive knowledge in Space Planning by translating bubble diagrams and sketches to come up with creative solutions into CAD drawing You have an experience in Workplace Cabinetry Details You have a knowledge of materials and technical specifications related to interior design You have highly attentive to detail, well-organised and reliable You have an excellent time management and organization skills You have an excellent coordination and communication skills You have ability to work well under pressure * You will subscribe to the company core values of Teamwork, Integrity and Excellence
