What you will do

Business Partner

• Overall business partnering
• Inventory governance to manage cash flow
• Monthly financial Reviews with all the stakeholders

Pricing

• Support the pricing process for the India Region to ensure proper controls are in place and followed,
• Review the Current Pricing Data by developing reports which provide analysis on price data and margin,
• Monitor and Report Price Adjustments to track price and margins variances,
• Report Indirect Channel Off-Contract Sales Orders in Stryker\xe2\x80\x99s Indirect Channel Portal.

Analysis and Reporting

• Generate, Analyze and Distribute Sales Performance Report,
• Identify new opportunities for reporting that provides deeper insight on business performance and trends to improve decision making and create value in the region,
• Budgeting and long range financial planning
• Rolling forecast on quarterly basis
• Monthly profitability analysis

System Orientated

• Maintain a control log for adjustments to ensure integrity of data,
• Review, maintain and understand the master data set up in the systems and impact on reported data.

Ad Hoc / Other Projects

Support on ad-hoc requests or key projects within the wider FP&A team.

What you need

• Qualified Chartered Accountant with 3 to 6 years of experience
• Must be a Merit holder in All India CA Exams/Certified finance professional
• Must have completed internship from the Big 4 Accounting Firms
• Very strong interpersonal and communication skills, Self-motivated with the ability to work in a fast-paced, demanding environment and multi-task; strong process prioritization and time management skills
