Key Responsibilities
Identify and research potential clients in target markets for IT services.
Assist in lead generation activities through online research, social media, events, and networking.
Understand customer needs and align them with company service offerings (Cloud, Data Centers, Data Science, Mobile App Development, etc.).
Support senior sales managers in preparing proposals, presentations, and client pitches.
Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate client and pipeline information.
Participate in client meetings (virtual and onsite) to understand requirements and contribute to discussions.
Keep track of industry trends, competitor offerings, and market developments.
Collaborate with technical and delivery teams to ensure smooth communication between client requirements and solutions.
