Role Overview:- The Business development Associate will be responsible for managing and driving sales growth of SAAS products in India. - This is a field-based role that involves extensive travel to build relationships with clients and resellers, identify new market opportunities, and deliver exceptional customer service. - Based in Central Bangalore, the position requires on-site client interactions, conducting product demonstrations, and ensuring successful execution of sales strategies.Key Responsibilities:1. Sales Development: - Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets. - Identify and pursue new business opportunities in targeted regions within India. - Build a strong sales pipeline by engaging with potential clients and distributors.2. Client and Distributor Management: - Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients and distributors. - Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and ensuring satisfaction. - Negotiate and finalize contracts with partners.3. Market Research and Analysis: - Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements in India. - Provide insights and recommendations to refine sales strategies and product offerings. - Stay updated on relevant trade regulations and compliance requirements.4. Product Demonstrations and Presentations: - Conduct on-site and virtual product demonstrations tailored to the needs of clients. - Develop compelling sales presentations to showcase product value and benefits. - Collaborate with marketing teams to create region-specific promotional materials.5. Travel and Field Engagement: - Travel extensively within India to meet clients, distributors, and resellers. - Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and client meetings. - Strengthen relationships with key stakeholders through regular face-to-face interactions.6. Reporting and CRM Management: - Use CRM tools to manage leads, track sales activities, and analyse performance metrics. - Prepare and present sales reports to the management team, highlighting achievements and areas for improvement. - Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and sales activities.7.
