We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. This role will be responsible for generating new business opportunities for our Salesforce services in the UAE market. Based in India, the individual will engage in prospecting, lead generation, and client outreach through calls, emails, and social media platforms. The ideal candidate will be proactive, self-motivated, and skilled at building relationships with key decision-makers.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct outreach to potential clients in the UAE market through calls, emails, and social media platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.).
Identify and qualify new sales leads, building a pipeline of potential customers for Salesforce services.
Research potential clients' business needs, challenges, and industry trends to offer tailored solutions.
Build and maintain relationships with decision-makers at all levels, including C-suite executives.
Set up meetings or calls between potential Salesforce Account Executives and clients and the sales team to discuss Salesforce service offerings.
Track and manage all lead generation activities through CRM systems.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for lead nurturing and conversion.
Stay up-to-date on Salesforce product offerings, market trends, and industry best practices to effectively communicate value propositions.
Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly lead generation and sales targets.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably in the tech or SaaS industry for UAE region.
Familiarity with Salesforce services and solutions is a strong plus.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage clients effectively through calls, emails, and social media.
Strong research and analytical skills to identify potential leads and assess their needs.
Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet targets.
Experience with CRM tools, lead generation software, and social media platforms.
Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to contribute to the growth of the company.
Preferred Skills:
Experience working with UAE -based clients.
Previous exposure to Salesforce ecosystem or other CRM solutions.
Knowledge of the UAE market and its business environment.
