Our mission is to democratize education and bridge the educational gap for students from lower-income backgrounds by delivering high-quality, accessible learning experiences.Role Overview:We are seeking enthusiastic Business Development Associates (BDA) for cold calling to promote Arivihan's innovative online learning programs. Your primary responsibility will be to connect with students and parents via phone, explain the benefits of our AI-powered platform, and encourage enrollment in our courses. Demonstrating confidence in educational product explanations, excellent communication skills in Hindi and English, and a goal-oriented approach are essential for success in this role.Key Responsibilities:- Make outbound calls to students and parents to promote Arivihan's courses.- Explain how our AI-based platform supports personalized learning, doubt solving, and academic improvement.- Address queries related to course content and platform features.- Guide potential users through enrollment processes and assist in selecting suitable programs.- Achieve individual and team targets for lead generation and conversions.Qualification & Experience:- Freshers with strong communication skills in English and Hindi are encouraged to apply.- Experienced candidates in Edtech sales may be considered, with expertise in Edtech preferred.- Prior experience in sales, marketing, or customer engagement is an advantage.Skills & Traits:- Excellent communication and conversational skills.- Confident in explaining technical and educational concepts.- Goal-driven with a positive attitude.- Ability to handle queries professionally and persuasively.Other Details:Working Days: Monday to SaturdayWorking Hours: 10:30 AM - 6:30 PM & 12:00 PM - 9:00 PM (rotational shifts) (ref:updazz.com)
