How you will contribute
As a valued member of the A&M Global Business Transformation Services team, you will be working on high-impact projects across the entire project life cycle, including conducting detailed market analysis, developing and executing growth strategy, implementing operational improvements, understanding customer preferences and driving financial performance enhancements to deliver measurable results for our clients. You will support projects across the entire private equity life cycle, from pre-acquisition support (operational due diligence, carve-out, merger integration), to transformation, performance improvement and operational turnaround/restructuring, through to supporting the exit across regions. Additionally, you will also be validating and executing on operations-focused problem solving and transformation activities on our clients' projects Assisting in pitches; contributing to business development
Build sub-sector expertise and contribute to developing and delivering solutions within the CPG (Food & Beverage, Personal Care, Household Goods, Health & Wellness, Electronics etc.), Retail domain (Grocery, Apparel, Department Stores/ General Merchandise, E-Commerce, B2B Retail etc.), Healthcare (Hospitals, MedTech, Pharma, health Insurance) and Travel, Hospitality & Leisure
Performing primary and secondary research, and summarize into high quality client reports and recommendations
Perform benchmarking across relevant sector financial and operational metrics to identify areas of potential underperformance
Work with different analytical tools with focus on building expertise in Tableau/ Power BI, Alteryx/ Python, Excel and PowerPoint
Being an active part of the teams supporting corporates for the business solutions across the value chain
Firm understanding of (PE) business about financial & accounting skills.
Supporting in production of extensive financial modelling and analysis including cash flow models and projection.
Synthesizing information after research and analysis into high quality client (financial) reports and recommendations.
Performing primary and secondary research, and summarize into high quality client reports and recommendations
Perform benchmarking across relevant sector financial and operational metrics to identify areas of potential underperformance
