Drive Brand Love through Events, Activations & Partnerships
Oversee creative development of brand-driven campaign materials; support brand team lead on theme-specific creative development
End to end management of agencies - Creative and BTL Activation agencies from hiring to execution to support a comprehensive BTL Activation strategy for the Business
Ensure high quality, flawless execution of events and BTL Activations
Help create surround sound by seeking high-level placements in print, broadcast and online media and co-ordinating all public relations activities
Owning and managing budgets and planning costs for each event, including venue costs, catering, entertainment, and other expenses
Grow aligned partnerships (based on clear criteria and selection) with Entertainment and amusement arms/parks, Schools, malls etc focused on outcomes, benefits and aligned to our LEGO values
Co-ordinating with events staff (eg. Malls/schools/parks/hotels/venues, agencies) to ensure that all details of the event are handled smoothly and efficiently
Project management and operational coordination of all consumer events from planning to execution
Risk management and all relevant event material are clearly outlined for all activations and events
Play your part in our team succeeding The Marketing Department is responsible for creating and fostering consumer demand for the LEGO Group by converting consumer, shopper and market insights into compelling, creative, and innovative marketing programs that remain grounded in a strong commercial understanding and focus. This individual will join the Brand Management Team as Associate Brand Relations Manager. The role is part of the LEGO India Marketing team meaning the individual will play an important role in driving the key marketing agenda within the team, as well as be a strong input, driving the overall business for the full Business Unit. Experience in Marketing Activations, Events Management and Brand Relations
Proven track record to translate brand/marketing strategies into effective publicity programs and communication, from strategy to tactical implementation
Customer and Business Partner Understanding and Impact
Ability to travel when needed
