Job Type: On-Roll Employment Type: Full-Time - Remote Reporting Location: Remote / Assigned Territory CTC - Upto 5.5LpaChannel: Digital Agency Channel (Remote location - All reporting will be virtual to the Regional Head) Qualification: Graduation (Mandatory) Roles & Responsibilities - Recruit new insurance agents to expand the agency network. - Ensure agents undergo proper training as per business requirements. - Motivate and engage agents to maintain a long-term relationship with the company. - Monitor competitor activities and share relevant insights with management. - Achieve business targets by generating consistent business from agents. - Maintain high standards of service and ensure compliance with company policies. Skills Required - Strong communication & interpersonal skills. - Smart, proactive, and self-motivated. - Ability to manage virtual reporting and remote teams effectively.
