Analytical support for senior team members and Client Business Partners. A BI Reporting Associates will be in support of one or several clients, operating as part of a broader international community, both analytical and commercial, working towards a common goal of supporting the Clients in achieving their strategic business objectives.What you'll do:xc2xb7 Monitor BAU reports and automated processesxc2xb7 Maintain regular client reports (refresh data, check or add comments, implement changes, address technical issues, manage the delivery calendar and the deliveries)xc2xb7 Review data for errors and inconsistencies, flag data quality issuesxc2xb7 Deliver quick turn requestsxc2xb7 Suggest and implement ways of improving/automating existing deliverablesxc2xb7 Share and actively search for best practice examples, and implement the approach in own work whenever possible.We're looking for people who have:xc2xb7 Master's in marketing, Economics or related field, or technical/engineering studiesxc2xb7 Graduate with 2-3 years of experience or MBA fresherxc2xb7 Strong numerical and analytical skillsxc2xb7 Very good knowledge of Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, vlookup, conditional functions, conditional formatting, chart building, and formatting); knowledge of VBA is an asset, PowerPointxc2xb7 Automation & Process awarexc2xb7 QA proficientxc2xb7 Operational focusxc2xb7 Proactive, flexible and self-motivated attitudexc2xb7 Strong communication skills, ability to document, present and educate othersxc2xb7 Willingness to take ownership and see projects to completionxc2xb7 Ability to anticipate the bigger picture and are holistic by naturexc2xb7 Experience and desire to create process documentationxc2xb7 Fluent communication in English - verbal and written (at least C1 level)xc2xb7 Results-oriented personality and ability to work to tight deadlinesxc2xb7 Good time- and workload management skillsxc2xb7 Ability to work both independently and as a team playerxc2xb7 Experience in working in a virtual environment and in a multicultural settingxc2xb7 Diligence and attention to detaiAdditional InformationOur Benefits
