Responsibilities

Job Summary

The accounts team is looking for an individual to support the daily bank reconciliations and month end processes.

Job Duties

\xef\xbf\xbd Perform daily and month end Payment Bank Account Reconciliations by verifying entries and comparing system reports to bank entries

\xef\xbf\xbd Identify payment exceptions that require additional research and handling with compliance stakeholders

\xef\xbf\xbd Support audit requirement on a quarterly and annual basis

\xef\xbf\xbd Perform transactional research including research of unpaid tax payments

\xef\xbf\xbd Perform collection of funding from clients for Europe and North America operations

\xef\xbf\xbd Perform credit card reconciliation

\xef\xbf\xbd Analyze cause and suggest enhancements for recurring exceptions

\xef\xbf\xbd Assist in the collection and analysis of relevant management information from an operational and client perspective

\xef\xbf\xbd Protects organization\'s value by keeping information confidential.

\xef\xbf\xbd Issues stop payments

\xef\xbf\xbd Perform transactional research

\xef\xbf\xbd Aid in the ongoing development of team processes and procedures

\xef\xbf\xbd Develop procedure documents to assist in training new team members

\xef\xbf\xbd Assist in collecting information for and answering customer queries for all Global Client Payment operations

\xef\xbf\xbd Compile information for processing refunds to customers

\xef\xbf\xbd Assist in researching historical transactions

\xef\xbf\xbd Additional task or projects may be assigned as needed

Qualifications

\xef\xbf\xbd A degree in accounting, or a degree in business with emphasis in accounting

\xef\xbf\xbd 2 years of relevant experience working in accounting, treasury, finance desired

\xef\xbf\xbd Previous account reconciliation required in accounting systems (i.e. NetSuite, QuickBooks)

\xef\xbf\xbd Must have high quality control standard, with good attention to detail

\xef\xbf\xbd Must be highly skilled in dealing with high volume financial and numeric data

\xef\xbf\xbd An ability to prioritize and manage expectations

\xef\xbf\xbd An ability to work independently

\xef\xbf\xbd Must have very good verbal and writing skills, an excellent communicator

\xef\xbf\xbd Must have expertise in Excel and aptitude for cloud-based applications

\xef\xbf\xbd Work GMT hours (overlapping US
