As an Automation Engineer at KAIRA technologies, you will play a pivotal role in designing, developing & implementing cutting-edge automation solutions for our valued clients. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify client requirements, conceptualize bespoke automation solutions, and translate them into robust Automation solution to solve customer problem & exceed satisfaction. Working with team, to execute & deliver project engineering activities on multiple Automation services projects on various industries as per company standards, Project plan & customer satisfaction.

Roles & responsibilities-

Work as team from conceptual generation to commissioning with highest customer satisfaction

IO list preparation, PLC selection & logic development, HMI/SCADA Screen Development as per Application requirement by using standard function & methodology

Servo system program development, VFD Selection & Parametrization

Recipe management, Traceability, data enablement

Control system design & development, Panel Engineering

Keep improving self-engineering capabilities & standards, ultimately team capabilities & productivity

Site commissioning under stringent timeline with professionalism, Safety norms & customer satisfaction

Skills required-

Knowledge in selection& development on Siemens (1500 / 300 / 400 / 1200) PLC / RA (Control / Compact logix), Omron & Mitsubishi system

Knowledge in any SCADA / HMI (Inductive SCADA, FT View, WinCC, EXOR etc.)

Selection & execution of VFD/ Servo / DC Drive as per application

MS-Office knowledge.

Industrial network & Protocol knowledge (Ethernet/IP, Modbus, Profibus, CC link etc.)

Excellent communication written and oral and interpersonal skills.

Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
