Job Position - Associate Architect

Location - Noida ( 5days WFO)

Role Overview:

We are seeking an Associate Architect to design and implement innovative and scalable solutions for our EdTech platform. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance our platform's functionality and user experience, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions for the EdTech platform. - Ensure adherence to best practices in software architecture, design patterns, and coding standards. - Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements. - Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams. - Evaluate emerging technologies and propose adoption strategies to enhance platform capabilities. - Drive innovation in the design and delivery of educational technology solutions. - Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure seamless user experiences. - Ensure the platform's scalability and reliability through continuous improvement initiatives. - Implement robust security measures to safeguard data and ensure compliance with relevant standards (e.g., GDPR, FERPA). - Conduct regular code reviews and system audits to maintain high-quality standards.
Qualifications:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field. - 5+ years of experience in software development, with at least 2 years in an architectural or leadership role. - Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or JavaScript. - Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes). - In-depth understanding of database management systems (SQL and NoSQL). - Knowledge of EdTech tools, LMS platforms, and education-focused APIs is a plus.
