Prepare working drawings (plans, sections, elevations, details) for civil and interior works.
Draft furniture layouts, flooring patterns, and ceiling plans.
Assist in preparation of structural drawing coordination layouts with external consultants.
Prepare plumbing, electrical, HVAC layout coordination drawings.
Create and update as-built drawings during project execution.
2. Presentation Support
Assist in preparing 3D perspective views / SketchUp models / renders.
Support in preparing color schemes, mood boards, and interior detailing.
3. Documentation
Help prepare detailed estimates, BOQs, and schedules of works.
Maintain drawing registers with revisions, issue dates, and distribution records.
Support in preparing bar chart/program of works for client submission.
4. Project Coordination
Connect with consultants (structural, MEP, HVAC, etc.) for drawing coordination.
Assist in tender documentation preparation.
Support the architect during site visits with drawings, notes, and measurements.
Conduct regular site visits to check progress and quality against drawings.
Resolve design/technical issues on-site.
Education:
Diploma / B.Arch
Software Skills:
AutoCAD & Revit (excellent drafting skills)
MS Office (Word, Excel for documentation)
SketchUp & Photoshop
