Urgent Hiring - Associate Architect

Desired Candidate Profile:


Experience - minimum of 2-7yrs


Qualification- B.Arch

Duties and Responsibilities:


Preparing GFC drawings as per site requirements.


Preparing sketches/ drawings/ 3D/ presentation for better communication amongst

various teams involved in the project.


Working closely with a team of other professionals such as building service

engineers, construction managers, quantity surveyors etc.


Control project execution at site to ensure quality of construction, correct execution

of drawings and smooth flow of process


Ensure that all works are carried out to specific standards, building codes, guidelines

and regulations


Record the site status and deadlines of projects.


Cooperate and liaise with professionals related to the project


Good knowledge of building products, construction details and relevant rules, regulations

and quality standards


Strong imagination and the ability to think and create in three dimensions


Good understanding of structural and MEP drawings, modern building construction methods

and materials.


Excellent technical skills, particularly with CAD software & basic knowledge of

SketchUp.
