• Candidate should have hands on experience on Bill Of Materials (BOM), Work In Process (WIP), Quality, Inventory (INV), MES (Manufacturing Execution System), MSCA (Mobile Scanning application), and Costing.
• Candidate should have manufacturing domain experience and should have client facing experience.
• Hands on Implementation experience in Oracle Discrete Manufacturing (BOM, WIP, Quality, INV, MES, MSCA, Costing) that involves business requirement, standard solution design, gap analysis, proof of concept, mapping the business requirement to system functionality, conduct CRP, UAT, user training and data conversion.
• Participate in early development phases, technology roadmap definition and strategic discussions regarding the future of manufacturing.
• Delivery of integrated Oracle Manufacturing solutions for multiple ERP projects across Dover Corporation businesses while working with Program Managers, functional owners, service providers and other members of Oracle ERP COE team.
• Owns complete Oracle ERP Manufacturing solutions for various end-to-end business process, which includes prototyping, blueprinting, design, build, test, and documentation and post go-live support, including interfaces, cross module integration. Responsible for onsite/offsite execution of project as well overseeing solution delivery.
• Maintain cross functional business process domain knowledge
• Implement industry best practices as deemed applicable to enhance capabilities and effectiveness
• Assist leadership team in building multi-year ERP vision/strategy for the organization.
• Demonstrate ability to influence customers, stakeholders through credible knowledge and experience, persuasion and influencing skills
• Partner with other Senior Managers, Deployment Leaders and Product Leaders to share and learn ideas, best practices in line with Industry 4.0 vision for offering Smart Supply Chain Management solutions to the business.

8+ years of hands on implementation experience

Strong presentation/ communication / facilitation skills (oral and written).

Strong understanding of Oracle Manufacturing modules functionality & processes

Experience in working on Digital Transformation ERP projects

Aware of Industry 4.0 and experience with use of any of the emerging new technologies in developing smart manufacturing and supply chain management solutions.

Ability to gather detailed business requirements and map to available tools and solutions

Strong business analysis skills; process mapping; business process redesign and implementation

Demonstrated conceptual and detailed functional design specification skills

Configuration, testing, training, change management, and support
