Qualification: Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or IT with 6+ Years of Coding Experience
Responsibility: Market Research
- Researching and evaluating technical standards and tools for a project and determining which ones are the optimal choice.
- Vision, Leadership and Relationship Management.
- Support client delivery.
- Technology solution.
- Internal/external certification.
- Value contribution to account/customer.
- Coding (user story Realization across layers).
- Debug and Troubleshoot technolgy related issues.
- POC on technology related problem areas.
- Develop tier coding/ business layer coding/ interface development, service development, creation of stored procedures, etc as applicable for the work package / project.
- Prepare Detailed Design dcument for the User Story.
- Knowldege on Design Patterns.
- Adhering to coding standards, guidelines and best practices.
- Mentoring codevelopers in the team.
- Understand all competency layers (Eg UI, platforms, methodologies, etc) and raise clarifications / issues / concerns regarding work output.
- Testing.
- Develop and execute unit tests.
- Practice TDD Model of Development.
- Documentation.
- LLD documents.
- Knowledge Management.
- Contribute to CDE Knowledge Management by publishing project learning like POV, Case Studie Etc.
