Must Have
Adobe Experience Manager Architect
12+ years of experience in web content management and digital experience platforms.
8+ years of hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM 6.x and above).
Strong understanding of AEM architecture, including dispatcher, replication agents, workflows, and Sling models.
Experience with Adobe Marketing Cloud products and their integration with AEM.
Proficiency in Java, JCR, Apache Sling, OSGi, and RESTful APIs.
Experience with cloud-based AEM (Adobe as a Cloud Service) is a plus.
Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of AEM-based solutions across multiple projects.
Define and enforce best practices for AEM development, deployment, and integration.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, design, and IT to align AEM capabilities with business goals.
Architect integrations between AEM and other Adobe Experience Cloud products (e.g., Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, Adobe Campaign).
Design and implement integrations with third-party Martech tools (e.g., CRM, CDP, DAM, personalization engines).
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams.
Conduct performance tuning, security reviews, and scalability assessments.
Stay current with AEM product updates and industry trends to guide platform evolution.
