Additional Qualifications:
Knowledge of general ledger accounting concepts and practices preferred.
Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
Exceptional analytical and mathematical skills to support data-driven decision-making and
problem-solving.Highly adaptable to changes in processes, tools, or priorities and able to excel in a fast-paced,
dynamic work environment.Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively engage with stakeholders at all
levels.Strong organizational and time management skills, with proven ability to prioritize and manage
multiple tasks simultaneously while meeting deadlines.High degree of accuracy and meticulous attention to detail, ensuring quality and compliance in all
work performed.Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, demonstrating initiative and
accountability.Proven ability to read, interpret, and analyze complex accounts, records, and reports.
Mortgage servicing experience, with a focus on cash management, reconciliations, or claims.
Experience with compliance or audit processes in a mortgage or financial services environment.
Strong ability to maintain composure and attention to detail under tight deadlines and high pressure
scenarios.Well-developed organizational skills and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
Qualifications:
Special Assets / ReconciliationHigh school diploma or GED required.
Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field strongly preferred.
Minimum of 3 years of combined experience in financial services, mortgage servicing, or
mortgage banking.3+ years of experience in accounting , with expertise in high-volume or complex processes
preferred.Advanced Excel skills, including the ability to sort, filter, create pivot tables, and perform vlookups,
required.Knowledge of MS Office Suite, with a focus on leveraging Excel for data analysis and reporting.
* Familiarity with MSP servicing systems preferred.
