Job Summary
We are looking for a passionate and enthusiastic Associate Android Engineer to join our mobile development team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of experience who are eager to learn Android app development and build high-quality, user-friendly mobile applications.
Key Responsibilities

• Assist in designing and developing Android applications using Java and/or Kotlin
• Work with senior developers to implement new features and enhancements
• Integrate RESTful APIs and backend services into Android apps
• Fix bugs, optimize performance, and improve app stability
• Follow Android development best practices and coding standards
• Participate in code reviews and team discussions
• Test applications to ensure functionality and usability
• Maintain proper documentation of code and features
• Learn and adapt to new Android tools, libraries, and technologies

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of Android SDK
• Familiarity with Java or Kotlin
• Understanding of Android components (Activities, Fragments, Services)
• Basic understanding of REST APIs and JSON
• Knowledge of UI development using XML
• Familiarity with Android Studio and Gradle
• Basic understanding of version control (Git)

Good to Have

• Internship or academic project experience in Android development
• Knowledge of MVVM / MVP architecture
• Familiarity with Room Database / SQLite
• Experience with third-party libraries (Retrofit, Glide, etc.)
• Basic understanding of app publishing on Google Play Store
