About the Team
The Vendor Performance team focuses on holding Lowe's Vendors Accountable for agreed standards. Enable strategic improvement initiatives for vendor performance, while being able to dive deep into areas of opportunity and develop solutions and processes towards improvements.
Job Summary:
The Vendor Performance Associate Analyst role focuses on driving medium-to-long-term improvements within Vendor Performance. Functions of the role include generating vendor data analysis, driving Supplier On-time and Fill Rate performance, processing monthly vendor scorecards and chargebacks, managing vendor inquiries, and building relationships with vendors and other key cross-functional stakeholders within Lowe's.
The successful candidate will be an individual who can identify and support strategic improvement initiatives for vendor compliance performance while being able to dive deep into areas of opportunity and develop solutions and processes towards improvements.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Core Responsibilities:

• Execute the vendor chargeback process and manage vendor inquiries regarding the same.
• Cleary communicating with vendors via rebuttals on the expectations of vendor performance.
• Proactively analyze vendor data and identify and address issues
• Liaise between Supply Chain, Operations, Accounting, and Merchandising teams to resolve vendor issues quickly
• Partners with Merchandising, Supply Chain Planning and Replenishment to improve vendor performance and provide teams with data and metrics to ensure vendor performance is considered in business decisions (i.e. Product Line Reviews)
• Be Responsible for their vendors and categories assigned to them with clear execution of the process.
• Support Analysts & (Sr.) Analysts with data & reporting
• Assist with developing process improvement recommendations and help to manage end-to-end implementation.
• Coordinate, minute, and document monthly vendor performance feedback

Years of Experience:

• 1-2 Years Experience

Education Qualification & Certifications (optional)
Required Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree BBA, BCom, Operations Research or Related Field

Skill Set Required

• Primary Skills (must have)
• Experience with data analysis and providing insights about the data.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Working cross teams, partnering with various teams to understand upstream & downstream process
• Moderate to Advanced Excel and Microsoft Office Applications
• Understand gaps in the process and work towards mitigating it by streamlining process
• Passionate about online business & e-commerce
• Strong attention to detail and problem solving

Secondary Skills (desired)

• Experience in Data mining and visualization tool such as PowerBI, SQL, MS Access, VBA
