Key Responsibilities:

Bachelor s in law 2 4 years of experience Carrying out day to day reviewing of Contracts as per the client requirement Experience in contract management administration data management processes Knowledge and understanding of source to contract processes and contract data management processes In Depth knowledge of contract clauses and the identifying key information and gaps in contract End to End CLM administration experience will be proffered Knowledge and experience on end to end contract management process and workflow Good communication skills and stakeholder management Knowledge of basic principles of law Excellent legal analytical and review skills Good written and verbal communication skills Adept in using MS Office Exposure to desired Contract Management tools Extracting key data fields from master agreements rate cards and fully executed SOWs into a database Ensuring defined SLAs are met Recommend process improvements Flexible working in shifts
