The role is of an Associate Analyst Digital Transformation DTS DTS is a newly established practice and Financial Services vertical within DTS is one of the fastest growing businesses in the organization As part of this Practice the Senior Lead Analyst shall play a key anchoring role in crafting solutions work on RFXs and act as a thought leader internally and externally to potential clients during pursuit cycle for FS Analytics The role has ample opportunities for growth learning and exposure in one of the fastest growing practices within Infosys BPM and Digital Transformation Services as well

Responsibilities As a Senior Lead Analyst in the DTS team you will Be part of Insurance Analytics Insights practice within DTS Practice Development Solution Design Develop thought leadership Point of Views demos use cases collaterals to support Insurance Analytics AI pursuits solution design efforts EXPERIENCE SKILLS EDUCATION Work Experience 1 3 years experience in the Insurance and Or Healthcare domain extensive work experience in Data Visualization Insurance Analytics Process Automation tools Skills Must Have Strong analytics consulting and solution development skills and business acumen in addition to quantitative and analytical capabilities Expertise in any of the following at the minimum including o Domain Insurance Property and Casualty Insurance or Life and Annuity Insurance or Healthcare Payer or Provider segment o Analytics Descriptive and Diagnostic Dashboards as well as Advanced Analytics like Predictive and Prescriptive models Function as a Subject Matter Expert for Healthcare and Insurance domain within the Analytics AI Practice Completely hands on with Power BI Tableau Qlik Zoho etc Excellent experience in process automation tools like Power Automate RPA Ui Path Willingness to work in a startup type hands on environment across different time zones often under strict timelines Excellent PowerPoint and presentation skills directly to business owners
