Your Role:

Serve as a technical expert/analyst in Serialization and Track & Trace. Contribute to the integration of partners/customers into the Track & Trace platform. Facilitate integration between L2, L3, and L4 systems and participate in validation activities. Coordinate with multiple service providers for Track & Trace solutions. Support projects aimed at implementing Track & Trace. Manage inbound and outbound flow, monitor queues, and support incident/ticket management.


Who you are:

2-5 years of experience as a Track & Trace analyst or technical expert/consultant. Experience working in international teams (EU/USA). Familiarity with processes in pharmaceutical packaging, warehouse operations, and distribution. Knowledge of pharmaceutical serialization and Track & Trace. Strong understanding of supply chain processes and standards (GS1, EPCIS, etc.). Proficient in using the TraceLink Track & Trace platform. Experience with the Systech-PCE Line Management system. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Knowledge of processes and requirements for implementing software in regulated environments, particularly GMP.
