What you\xe2\x80\x99ll do:

This position will be based in Eaton\xe2\x80\x99s Global Supply Chain Center of Excellence (GSC CoE) in Pune.
Person in this position will be single point of contact for Commodity leaders/ requestors/ suppliers for all queries related to non-Catalog compliance management and Catalog management, defining compliance check process for all the categories and will be part of CoE compliance check approver team. Will be working as internal quality checker to validate Supplier price in catalog against contract and Maverick buying. Will be driving indirect activities on Ariba Guided Buying and driving compliance check process by working with Commodity managers. Testing and validation of supplier catalog by working collaboratively with technical team. responsible for working with commodity managers on tactical buying, strategic opportunities. To streamline procurement and sourcing processes by connecting the buyer to its suppliers through guided buying application ultimately help improving cost optimization across the supply chain. Will be leading the help desk for Eaton requestors and suppliers for any queries. Monthly reporting to CM\xe2\x80\x99s and leadership on spend management, Noncompliance gaps of different commodities and high-level reporting on catalog management of different commodities Person will also be responsible for building organizational capabilities and capacity, strategy development, alignment, developing and deploying systems and processes aligned to strategies of CoE.

• Handing the ServiceNow tickets and responsible to end-to-end transactions
• Placing the Catalog & non catalog Purchase Requisitions on Ariba Guided Buying & iProcurement platforms. Responsible to place to keep the track of each transaction.
• Collaborate with other buyers, Category Managers & stake holders for sourcing and rationalization.
• Commodity strategy, drive optimal cost and conditions (commercial, quality, delivery). Develop, deploy, and manage all related contracts.
• Responsible to handle the Enterprise & new acquisition requests.
• Monitoring the Non catalog IT requisitions and validating the PR and sharing the feedback accordingly and adhering to non-catalog compliance.
• Collaborate with other buyers, Category Managers & stake holders for sourcing and rationalization.
• Ariba Guided buying & Oracle R12 knowledge would be an added advantage.
• Ability to collaborate effectively and work as part of a team.
• Both Written & verbal communication skills
• Working closely with Category Managers & IT Support to understand and implement their requirement around the process.

Qualifications:

• Any Graduate / PG
• Masters with 2-4 years / Bachelors with 4-6 years of experience in SCM processes , Category Management , driving initiatives by working with Category managers to find out opportunities to move Indirect categories on Guided Buying, relevant working experience in compliance check process, catalog management and guided buying is preferred. Experience in UAT and collaborating with multiple teams to resolve issues.

Skills:

Technical knowledge:

Catalog and or Non Catalog management/ Guided buying/Supplier enablement/integration
Exposure to Continuous Improvement / Lean Six Sigma would be preferred/PR to Po knowledge/Spend Analysis/project management/Analytical skills/Data Analytic

Soft Skills:

Excellent business communication & presentation skills/ customer relationship management to work with Global, regional & local management teams across the globe. Decision Making/Problem Solving/Collaborative skills.
