About the Role

We are looking for a motivated QA Intern to join our Quality Assurance team. As a QA Intern, you will gain hands-on experience in testing and identifying bugs in campaign setup, creative build and campaign delivery within the Jivox IQ platform, and ensuring product quality. This internship will provide you with exposure to real-world QA practices, tools, and methodologies.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in preparing and executing test cases for web, mobile, and API
applications.
Perform manual testing to identify bugs, usability issues and inconsistencies. Document defects clearly and track them through system. Support the QA team in regression and functional testing across platforms and devices. Collaborate with developers, account managers, and senior QA engineers to ensure timely resolution of issues. Perform manual testing of web and/or mobile applications.

Requirements

Bachelor degree in Computer Science Engineering, or a related field. Basic understanding of testing concepts (manual and/or automation). Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Eagerness to learn new tools and technologies.
