The Associate Analyst, Compensation & Benefits (India) position develops and manages compensation and benefits policies across India, collaborating with APAC and local HR teams. The role focuses on ensuring consistent application of reward strategies and requiring flexibility and attention to detail.
Key responsibilities include acting as an internal C&B expert supporting performance evaluations, launching new programs, conducting market analyses, and improving benefits programs.
The role reports to the APAC C&B COE and collaborates with India local HRs, peers in other APAC countries and regions as needed. Objectives
The primary objective is to ensure that compensation and benefits policies and programs are executed consistently in India, in compliance with local labor market conditions, India labor laws, and the company's reward strategy.
