Job Title: Associate Analyst

Incumbent is expected to join TSV PACE Engineering team in developing a new generation of software products and will take part in a fast-paced work environment with tasks consisting of mobile application development, incident resolution, documentation, and strategic, technological or process improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
xc2xb7 This will be a technical position, and the incumbent will have the responsibility of collaborating within a small team of developers to deliver end to end business solution which adheres to the business requirements.
xc2xb7 Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience in designing, building, and maintaining high-performance, reusable, and reliable code for mobile applications on platforms like Android, iOS, and Windows.
xc2xb7 Test applications on multiple devices to ensure proper functionality and user experience. Debug and troubleshoot issues to optimize performance and quality.
xc2xb7 Design system specifications and interfaces for cross-platform interacting components.
xc2xb7 Ensure that developed applications meet the security and privacy standards set by the organization.

• Lead, mentor and guide junior technical staff and interns.
• Collaborate with other technical experts to discuss and decide the most plausible approach to business problem and devise the solution for the same.

xc2xb7 Collaborate with our global team of business analysts and solution developers to develop and validate specified solutions.

• Explore new functionality to resolve user issues and enhance user productivity and experience.
• Application or system level ownership. Supporting, maintaining and enhancing the application or system during the life cycle of the solution.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in mobile application development.

Preferred Skills:
xc2xb7 Proficiency in design, development and deployment of mobile applications (native and cross-platform).
xc2xb7 Experience with Google Play and Apple stores including test tracks and release management.
xc2xb7 Experience with Bluetooth and IoT Integrations.
xc2xb7 Knowledge of Mobile App security best practices.
xc2xb7 Strong programming background with the ability to architect end to end business solution of medium to high complexity.
xc2xb7 High-level knowledge in the following is a must: CSS, Angular, jQuery, Gitlab, Microsoft SQL Server, DevOps, Agile software development, automated testing.
xc2xb7 Ability to create detailed technical specification from the functional specification.
xc2xb7 Proficiency in creating architecture level Object diagrams, Database design, Use-case diagrams with focus on User-centric design.
xc2xb7 Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Computer Science / IT or equivalent branch of engineering with more than 2 years of hands-on experience in mobile application development.
