Role- Operations for Agency Operations, Art & StylingTeam - Creatives & CurationLocation - BangaloreAbout TeamThis team is crucial to the organization that manages Myntra\'s creative designs and curation tasks. The group manages various verticals, including:

• Premium HP Experiences, Insider\xe2\x80\x8b Topical and Theme Stores,
• Fashion Content New Season, FWD and Trend Next.
• Events, Sales and External communications\xe2\x80\x8b
• Brands, Categories, Horizontals and Beauty
• Art & Styling, Agency Operations
• Copy and Communication
• Curation

• He or she will play a lead role in the vertical managing agency operation of art and styling. On predetermined days, this individual will be working in person out of the Myntra Corporate office.
• Along with the manager, he or she will be in charge of Analytics for sample procurement and act as a bridge between the FCs, styling prioritization for picking, binning and production, to ensure lead time is met for these as per launch date or any promotional activities.
• On every project, he or she will be coordinating between the vendors, the fianc\xc3\xa9 team, the commercial team, the legal team, and the creative team. Additionally, the person will be in charge of vendor onboarding, vendor payments, and the organization of contracts, invoices, and other vendor-related paperwork for shoot and on design agencies.
• Responsible to care of our runners\' related queries and channelize them for shoots, and overlook operations at Myntra Marketing Studio.
• He/She will need to work closely with the travel team and logistics teams for shoot and sample transits. They might expect long working hours or early start during shoots or on event/sale dates.

• Analyze & coordinate with studio or inhouse warehouses about the stock/ inventory.
• Strong expertise in Excel & SQL is mandatory
• Require someone with a cool-headed, collected demeanor who is willing to be open about any transition-related issues.
• Superior communication abilities are necessary, along with the tat to balance our demands of external, internal artists across several verticals. Excellent people relationships skills and industry understanding are essential, as is the ability to command the respect of the team.
• He or she should be well knowledgeable about budgeting and scheduling for all technological tasks and physical procedures.
• They must always prepare for the extreme case scenario while also motivating others to perform at a high level.

• He or she should have two or three years of experience. Either worked for production firms, design firms, IT campaigns, or warehouse management firms.
• Knowing software, including operating systems like Microsoft Office, Analytics IT software like Python or Laltic. Good understanding of of Adobe, Figma, or XD
