Key Responsibilities
Recruit, train & activate insurance advisors/agents
Support advisors in lead generation, customer meetings & policy sales
Achieve monthly business targets and ensure sales productivity
Build strong customer relationships for retention & servicing
Drive team engagement, performance tracking & reporting
Required Skills & Qualifications
Graduation in any stream
1-2 years of experience in Field sales
Good communication & interpersonal skills
Goal-oriented with strong leadership mindset
