Key Responsibilities
Recruit, onboard, and train new insurance advisors.
Drive sales targets through advisor productivity and performance management.
Monitor and support advisors in achieving their business goals.
Maintain strong relationships with clients and advisors to ensure long-term retention.
Conduct regular meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews.
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.
Work closely with the branch team to support business development initiatives.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum
1 year of experience
in sales, BFSI, insurance, or field marketing.
Strong communication, team management, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to motivate and develop a team.
Goal-oriented and self-driven with strong analytical skills.
Graduation is mandatory.
Preferred Background
Experience in life insurance sales or agency recruitment is an added advantage.
Local candidates from Roorkee or nearby regions preferred.
