- Associate Agency Development Manager Job Summary: Responsible for xefx82xa7 Agent Recruitment xefx82xa7 Agent Development xefx82xa7 Meet Business targets xefx82xa7 Customer Centricity Key Responsibilities: Agent Recruitment xefx82xa7 Develop various sources of agent hiring & build a team of agent &agent pipe line. xefx82xa7 Conduct activity to enhance existing agent footfall to generate fresh referral for newagenthiring xefx82xa7 Implementation of MLI GOLD process and adhere to the business norms xefx82xa7 Follow agent 9 pointer hiring mechanism & other hiring norms Agent Development xefx82xa7 Ensure product knowledge by MLI ways of training xefx82xa7 Field demonstration (FOD's) xefx82xa7 Development of agent prospecting habits, calling habits and work habits. xefx82xa7 Work with agent on planning and reviewing of activities and goals. xefx82xa7 Identify the training needs of the agent and work with Trainers to improve the samexefx81xb1 Meet Business Targets xefx82xa7 Achievement of monthly, quarterly & yearly business plans. xefx82xa7 Improve agent productivity & persistency by regular PRP/IID/GID etcxe2x80xa6xefx82xa7 Ensure companies product mix sales ration and adhere to the business norms. xefx82xa7 Maintain agent pro activity as per business plan o Customer Centricity xefx82xa7 Be MLI brand ambassador & a customer champion xefx82xa7 Follow MLI sales practice to develop deep customer loyalty xefx82xa7 Hold periodical customer meet to understand customer pulse & need xefx82xa7 Ensure customer queries are responded to satisfactorily as per MLI standard.
