Key Responsibilities
1. Agent Recruitment
Identify and build a pipeline of prospective insurance agents.
Develop multiple sources of agent hiring and conduct referral activities.
Implement the MNYL GOLD process and adhere to hiring norms.
Ensure compliance with the 9-pointer agent hiring mechanism.
2. Agent Development
Provide structured product and sales training to agents.
Develop agent prospecting, calling, and business development habits.
Work with agents to set activity plans and review progress.
Identify training needs and coordinate with internal trainers.
3. Business Targets
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly business goals.
Improve agent productivity and persistency.
Maintain product mix and ensure adherence to company standards.
Track agent activation and performance metrics.
4. Customer Centricity
Act as a Max Life brand ambassador.
Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving queries promptly.
Build long-term loyalty through superior customer service.
Conduct customer meets to assess needs and collect feedback.

Candidate must have spent minimum 4 years in the city.
