We are looking for a dynamic

Associate Agency Development Manager (AADM)

to manage and grow a high-performing team of life insurance agents. The role involves recruitment, training, mentoring, and driving business growth through effective sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruit and onboard new insurance agents to build a strong talent pipeline. Mentor and manage agent activities, set performance goals, and track achievements. Conduct product training and field demonstrations to enhance agent capabilities. Drive business development to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets. Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize agency growth.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Proven experience in sales, business development, or field sales. Strong leadership, team management, and mentoring skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Marketing knowledge and ability to execute sales strategies. In-depth understanding of life insurance products.

Prior experience in life insurance sales, financial products: 2 years (Required) Team Management: 2 years (Required) recruiting sales personnel and conducting training sessions.: 2 years (Required) track record of achieving sales/business targets: 2 years (Preferred)
