An Ideal Candidate:
The ideal candidate is a graduate with 1 to 4 years of experience in corporate or B2C inside sales, preferably with a background in student counseling or admissions. They possess excellent communication skills in both English and Hindi, and are confident in making outbound calls to students and parents. This person is skilled at explaining course details, handling follow-ups, and understanding the unique needs of each student to guide them effectively through the admission process. With strong counseling and selling abilities, a goal-oriented mindset, and a quick learning attitude, they thrive in meeting sales targets and enjoy engaging with people to deliver excellent service.

7. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to handle objections and complex sales situations effectively.
