1. Utilize MS-Excel and Google Suite (G Suite) to maintain and update databases, spreadsheets, and reports.
2. Manage accounting tasks such as invoicing, budgeting, and financial record-keeping.
3. Demonstrate proficiency in written English to effectively communicate with team members and external partners.
4. Utilize MS-Office to create presentations, reports, and other documents as needed.
5. Implement and streamline office procedures to increase efficiency and productivity.
6. Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for team members.
7. Collaborate with various departments to ensure all administrative tasks are completed accurately and on time.
