Job Title

Associate, Accounts Payable
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive

Accounts Payable

professional to join our finance team. This role is responsible for managing the company's outgoing payments, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with internal policies and external regulations. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, a solid understanding of accounting principles, and experience with financial systems specifically SAP/S4/Oracle & Ariba


Key Responsibilities

Invoice Processing: Review, verify, and process vendor invoices and expense reports. Payment Execution: Prepare and execute payments via checks, ACH, wire transfers, and other methods. Reconciliation: Reconcile accounts payable transactions and resolve discrepancies. Month-End Closing: Assist in month-end closing activities and provide necessary reports. Vendor Relations: Communicate with vendors regarding payment status, discrepancies, and inquiries. Compliance: Ensure adherence to company policies, tax regulations, and audit requirements.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (preferred) 1-2 years of experience in accounts payable or general accounting Proficiency in ERPs (e.g., SAP, Oracle, ARIBA) and Microsoft Excel Strong attention to detail and accuracy Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

Preferred Skills

Experience with automated AP systems and digital workflows

Prior experience of working for APAC region
