: Associate- Accounts Plastics For Change has developed an ethical sourcing platform to create sustainable livelihoods for the urban poor while transitioning the industry towards a circular economy. Our deal process and mobile platform provide waste-pickers with access to fair and consistent income opportunities. Similar to fair trade agriculture, our platform creates transparency and accountability from the base of the supply chain to the store shelf. This results in more efficient shared-value chains and higher quality recycled plastic. We provide expertise to help catalyze brands and manufacturers to replace the use of virgin plastic with ethically sourced recycled plastic, thereby immediately improving the social and environmental impact of their products. - We are looking for a highly committed and passionate individual who can coordinate/manage office accounts to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies. Road) Duties and Key Responsibilities- 1. Coordinate and manage day-to-day business transactions.
2. Manage payments to stake holders on daily basis and record the same for bank reconciliation.
3. Payment to vendors on end of credit period.
4. Creation of Invoices/Credit Note/Debit Note/Delivery Chalan.
5. Follow up for payments.
6. Creation of e-way bill.
7. Check on attendance register before making payroll payment.
8. Prepare payment and receipt vouchers.
9. Maintain and manage files such as expense, purchase, sales, shipping, etc.
10. Export and Import documentation and reporting.
11. Petty Cash vouching location wise and documentation.
12. Project Cost sheet maintenance and tracking the expenses according to the budget allotted. General responsibilities: 1. Ensure professionalism at all times and demonstrate exemplary prioritisation of workload skills. 2. Ensure that the PFC policies, SOPs, and protocols are being adhered to at all levels of the company. 3. Ensure strict adherence to data confidentiality and security.
4. Willingness to travel across BPFC units, including other places as per need of project or company.
5. Work closely with the PFC team and Partners. Note: The roles and responsibilities outlined above are not meant to be an exhaustive list of tasks.

\xe2\x97\x8f 1-2 years of experience in accounts and finance.
\xe2\x97\x8f Fluency in English and Kannada.
\xe2\x97\x8f Experience of being part of any program/project management would be an added advantage.
\xe2\x97\x8f Past experience of working in the fields Plastics Recycling Industry, Waste Management will be helpful but not compulsory.
\xe2\x97\x8f Understanding of the informal sector will be helpful but not compulsory. Skills- \xe2\x97\x8f Good interpersonal skills.
\xe2\x97\x8f Open to new challenges.
\xe2\x97\x8f Good data management, documentation and reporting skills.
\xe2\x97\x8f Good computer skills \xe2\x80\x93 MS office, accounting software and working on CRM.

\xe2\x97\x8f Eye for detail.
\xe2\x97\x8f Able to learn new systems, methods, processes, and procedures.
\xe2\x97\x8f Able to meet deadlines and produce quality outputs.
