Job Description

We are looking for a qualified Chartered Accountant with strong experience in US GAAP, technical accounting, and preparation of accounting memos. The candidate should possess strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret and apply complex accounting standards.
Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and review US GAAP-compliant financial statements and supporting documentation.
• Draft technical accounting memos on key topics such as:

• Goodwill accounting
• Stock-based compensation
• Lease accounting
• Support month-end close activities and ensure accurate, timely reporting.
• Maintain effective internal controls to ensure financial integrity and compliance.
• Coordinate and support internal and external audits.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure correct application of US GAAP principles.
• Prepare necessary documentation for compliance and financial review processes.
• Experience with ERP systems such as NetSuite is an added advantage.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Chartered Accountant with 4-5+ years of relevant post-qualification experience.
• Strong working knowledge of US GAAP and hands-on experience preparing technical accounting memos.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to join within 1 month preferred.
